Shooter starts open beta today

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 starts in open beta and you can even earn extras.

The second beta weekend of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 begins on Friday, September 6th at 7:00 p.m. CEST and ends on Monday, September 9th at 7:00 p.m. CEST.

The second beta is available to all players on all platforms, regardless of their pre-order status, as well as Game Pass subscribers.

Here is a little taste of the highlights that await you this weekend:

  • Core Map: Babylon: Fight your way through the ruins of an ancient city, climb over fallen columns and crawl under the palace. There is a lot of vertical action here, but stay mobile as you circle the central altar and secure the best spot. Retreat to the chapel or depot for a better overview or throw yourself straight into the fray.
  • Attack map: Stakeout: A surveillance operation in the Mediterranean region of Avalon was compromised when operators forced their way into the small apartment, fighting their way through the living room, kitchen and bedroom, and onto the balcony. Surveillance devices left behind provide information on the progress of the intelligence gathering operations, and a breach in the wall allows the former agents easy access to their equipment.
  • Fight against the Kill Order: Play the new Kill Order game mode on fast-paced strike maps with scorestreaks disabled.
  • Firefight: Eliminate all opposing players with a given class to win the round. No respawn.

Reach level 30 during the second beta weekend and receive additional rewards and unlockable items for your individual gear.
