Call of Duty: Black Ops 6

After the closed beta phase this Friday, the open beta in “Call of Duty: Black Ops 6” follows, which Activision and Treyarch announced today.

The second beta weekend of “Call of Duty: Black Ops 6” begins on Friday, September 6th, at 6 p.m. CEST and ends on Monday, September 9th, also at 6 p.m. CEST. Unlike the first beta weekend, the second test phase is available to all players on all platforms, regardless of pre-order status.

This is what the Black Ops 6 Open Beta offers

A highlight of this weekend is the new Core map “Babylon”. This map takes players into the ruins of an ancient city, where they move between fallen columns and palace walls. The map has many vertical elements, which requires a high level of mobility and strategic considerations. The central altar in particular is hotly contested, while the chapel or the depot offer places to retreat with a better overview.

Another highlight is the Strike card “Stakeout”which is set in the Mediterranean region of Avalon. Here the player fights in a narrow living space, crosses the living room, kitchen and bedroom and finally reaches the balcony. Hidden surveillance devices and a breached entrance offer exciting opportunities for tactical action.

New in this beta weekend is the game mode “Kill Order”which is played on Fast Strike cards without scorestreaks. Here pure skill in combat counts. In addition, there is the classic Firefightin which players compete against each other in small teams without respawning. The goal is to eliminate opponents with predetermined classes. Those who manage to reach level 30 can look forward to additional rewards and unlockable items that further individualize the gaming experience.
